I created this puzzle a couple of weeks ago. The original version was made on May 11 but I tweaked a couple of things after that. I almost submitted it to the NYT but printing it out in a specific manner and submitting it via snail mail was not worth the effort. Shortz's loss is your gain. Comments welcome. Solve online or get a Printable version  .

The Crossword Web App

I based my web app on the code from  https://github.com/wiseley/javascript-crossword . I made a few bug fixes and added the keyboard so it can be used on a tablet or phone. It's not the prettiest thing in the world but it seems to work. I plan to upload the new code to github "soon". Comments on bugs and usability suggestions are welcome but don't expect anything. :)

Despite the grid appearance, there are only 69 clues/answers in this puzzle. Clues marked as '-' really should be ignored (I took them out of the print version).
